1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the BFG Designers Inc / Universal Online Processing SWEEPSTAKES (the Sweepstakes). NO PURCHASE OF – Digital Media, NO BFG DESIGNERS INC / Universal Online Processing PRODUCTS OR SERVICE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTIONAL GAME. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTIONAL GAME IS FREE. PURCHASE OF Digital Media OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. . THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN ALL PROMOTIONAL GAMES. NO ENTRY FEE, PURCHASE, OR PAYMENT of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes will begin on January 1st, 2026 and end on October 1st, 2026, or when all entries have been distributed. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by BFG Designers Inc and Universal Online Processing (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Contestants must be legal U.S. Residents who are at least 18 years of age. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States of America. Persons who are not U.S. residents and at least 18 years of age are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes and/or to win any prize. Persons who are employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives of Sponsor, participating retailers, their respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, distributors, franchises, and members of the immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse, regardless of where they live), and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter and/or to win any prize. Any entry distributed to any person listed in this paragraph is void and any prize associated with any such entry shall be distributed as set forth in paragraph 7 below.
3. How to enter. Sponsor’s customers who purchase a promoted product will, at no additional cost, receive Sweepstakes entries. The number of entries distributed in connection with the purchase of any product is posted in each individual participating location. Products promoted and the number of entry points distributed in connection with the purchase of any product may vary from participating location to location and are subject to change without notice. When a contestant makes a qualifying purchase (or obtains no purchase required entry points as set forth below) entry points are utilized by the customer to draw entries sequentially from one or more of the Sweepstakes pools according to selection by the customer. (No purchase entry points are utilized to draw from the same pools in the same manner as any other entry point.) Unrevealed entry points are stored (electronically) in an account under the name of the contestant. Whether an entry entitles a contestant to a prize (or not) is immutable and may not be changed by any action of the contestant or the sponsor once the customer has chosen a pool and drawn an entry. Entry points have no value; they cannot be traded, sold, bartered or otherwise transferred. Entry points may only be utilized to draw entries from Sweepstakes pools. The value of any entry cannot be known by any individual until the entry is revealed. Entries may be revealed by asking the clerk at any participating location or by using one of the computers designated for Sweepstakes reveal at the participating location. Computer terminals equipped with the Sweepstakes Reveal System may be utilized to reveal the Sweepstakes entries stored in the contestant’s account and/or utilized no purchase entry points to draw entries. Simply type in the account number which has been provided by the clerk or located on the product purchase receipt and follow the instructions on the screen. Although the value of any entry is fixed, winning entries are not known until they are revealed. Actions taken by the contestant on the computer will ONLY reveal the value of the entries drawn. Nothing the contestant or any other person does will change or affect the value of any entry. Some entertaining reveal interfaces may give the illusion of interactivity and/or the potential for a chance or even skill based result. This mimicked chance activity is for entertainment purposes only and does not in any way change or modify the value of any entry revealed in this or any other method. By entering this Sweepstakes, contestant agrees: 1. to be bound by these Official Rules, and 2. to hold Sponsor harmless from any claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the Sweepstakes.
4. No Purchase Necessary. Sweepstakes entries can be obtained without purchase in two ways: 1) utilizing the no purchase entry option on any reveal enabled computer terminal or 2) by sending a hand written postcard with your name, full address and daytime phone number to:

Each postcard, received at least two week prior to the end of the Sweepstakes, will result in the distribution of FREE entry points that can enter participant into all sweepstakes pools. A certificate redeemable at any participating location will be returned to the contestant within 10 days of receipt of the postcard. The certificate must be redeemed within 10 days of mailing and all entry points received thereby must be revealed in accordance with paragraph 7 below. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected requests or certificate mailings. There is no limitation on the number of times that a contestant may utilize either of the no purchase entry options.
5. Revealing entries. There are a total of 11 Sweepstakes pools. A contestant enters a Sweepstakes pool by utilizing the number of Sweepstakes entry points required to draw an entry from that pool. Pools may be chosen and entries revealed by asking the clerk or utilizing computer terminals at any participating location. A contestant must be present at the participating location to reveal entries. Entries may not be drawn, distributed, or revealed by phone, text, Internet, or any method other than the in person presence of the eligible contestant at the participating location. Contestants must provide proper government issued identification prior to receiving an account and or receiving or revealing any Sweepstakes entry. There is no charge for revealing Sweepstakes entries. Prizes up to $600 can be redeemed immediately. Prizes over $1,000.00 will be paid within 72 hours. Odds of any entry winning a prize are greater than 1 in 5. Each Sweepstakes pool consists of 6,250,000 entries. These entries have been presorted in a random fashion. Every prize, as listed in the odds chart, has been associated with a specific entry in a pool. Entries are drawn in sequential order at time issued. In the event that the Sweepstakes closes without all entries being drawn, any prizes represented by unissued entries will be donated to a charitable organization selected by the Sweepstakes sponsor. Once all entries have been issued the Sweepstakes will close even if the Sweepstakes ending date as set forth above has not been reached.

7. Claiming prizes. All prizes can be claimed at any participating location. Prizes are non-transferable. By claiming any prize the winner certifies eligibility and compliance with the official rules and agrees to release and to hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, and agencies from any liability arising out of this Sweepstakes. The prize winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Prize winners and prizes will be reported to governmental tax authorities as required by law. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Any entry not revealed within 60 days of the close of the Sweepstakes will be void. Unrevealed entries have no value and may not be bartered, exchanged, assigned or traded. Prizes that are not claimed within 60 days of the end date of the Sweepstakes as set forth above or which were drawn by or issued to ineligible contestants and therefore void will be donated to a charitable organization selected by the sponsor.
8. General rules. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entry requests or certificates; or for any computer, telephone, internet, cable, network, electronic or other hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these official rules. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or similar entry methods will void all entries issued by such methods. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by contestant use of any computer, tampering or unauthorized access, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes pool, software, entries, or contestant account. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computers related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Use of computers that are not specifically designated for Sweepstakes reveal is not authorized and any entries received or revealed and any prize associated or claimed utilizing any such unauthorized means is void. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time. No entry will be arbitrarily removed, disqualified, disallowed or rejected. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these official rules, applicable laws and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes, their entries and claiming of prize(s). Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assignees are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of or to participants and/or any winner arising from, or in connections with this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
9. Conditions. Upon delivery of a prize to a winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. CAUTION: Any attempt made by contestant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, or if Sponsor suspects that there has been any electronic or other tampering or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant as permitted by law and to void such contestant’s entries from the Sweepstakes.
10. Winner’s list. For a list of the Sweepstakes winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor,

Specifying the name of the Sweepstakes and your request to receive a complete list of winners. Any such request must be postmarked within 60 days of the end date of the Sweepstakes as set forth above. By participating in this Sweepstakes you consent to publically revealing your name and all prizes awarded to you in the Sweepstakes.
